Zu Beginn des neuen Jahres konnte man am vergangenen Sonntag im Seehotel Waldstätterhof bereits einen ersten kammermusikalischen Höhepunkt erleben.

Bella questa iniziativa nata dalla volontà della giovane pianista Susanna Braun di proporre della musica da camera circondata da giovani colleghi della stessa generazione, tutti animati da un gran entusiasmo e da capacità strumentali di primo ordine.

Swiss-born Susanna Braun returned to play at Stokesley in response to audience requests following her earlier performance at Redcar. Braun’s programme featured three substantial works, a Bach partita and sonatas by Beethoven and Prokofiev.

Swiss-born Susanna Braun is currently studying for her BMus at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and has won awards at international music festivals across Europe. Braun presented a programme of four well-known works at Redcar’s Tuned In Centre.
